Business Manager

 Our client a leading technology provider is seeking a Business Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of Business Service Representatives and customer accounts including major high profile clients
  • Deal with all aspects of department management both day to day customer management and the resolution of escalated issues and concerns – to include emails, telephone calls, systems updates, data base management and all accepted modes of communication (oral and written)
  • Effective logistical management with reference to customer facing across both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland
  • Achieving agreed targets/Key Performance Indicators
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients and other departments within the business.
  • Expanding and maintaining relationships with new and potential customers
  • Provide comprehensive progress updates to the Key Account Manager through weekly 1:1’s and as required regarding ongoing business and/or customer issues
  • Provide any additional reporting (e.g. contact history, concerns / issues, financial updates) as is deemed necessary by the Key Account Manager
  • Adopt and embrace the account management ethos and processes as they are currently and as they evolve
  • Creating/maintaining monthly/weekly reports for senior management and TII (TII commentary, contact tracker, waiver report, monthly figures & percentages and revenue report)
  • Overseeing marketing materials for customers/office and Ad Hoc projects from Key Account Manager including customer events and special projects
